The Amala Making Husband (Final Part)

I know my husband is very good with words. He certainly know how to calm my nerves, but I am really interested in what he has to say to defend himself tonight. I was on my feet. He looked into my eyes for some seconds and walked up to me. He pulled me to a chair and made me sit. Somehow, Lanre knows how to get me. I am not often moved by words, but ever since I met him, his words have a way of melting me and turn me into a baby in his arms. So, I have learned to keep quiet whenever he wants to pet me. I love hearing it.

"When we came in, we saw you sleeping in a sitting position. You still had your work clothes on; your bag was beside you. I knew you must have had an hectic day. I had to even put a pillow on your neck so that you won't have pains when you wake up. I took John to the kitchen because I needed to make food ready for us. Whatever John thinks is not our concern." I frowned at that. "Really?" "I will take care of my wife irrespective of whoever is looking." That entered me and I took a deep breath. "You're not a lazy woman and I am not ashamed of cooking for you anytime, anywhere". Hmmmm. I had no choice than to let go of my fury.

I got back from work the following day all smiles. The judge that presided over the previous day's case noticed that I intentionally kept quiet. He didn't see it as incompetence or cowardice, he saw it as integrity and he wants me to work with him. Surely, righteousness exalts.

My husband came in too with a similar mood. I wondered what his own news would be. "Babe, you won't believe what John told me this morning". Chills ran through my spine. I knew he would have comments. "What did he say?" I was almost impatient.

"He came to my office as early as 8:05am and he began to cry. I was really surprised at it. He could only gather himself after almost 5 minutes. He said when we got to my house yesterday and met you sleeping, he expected me to wake you up roughly and ask you to prepare food, but instead I put a pillow on your neck so that you can sleep well. To his surprise, I asked him to come to the kitchen and I started preparing food. He felt that I wanted you to wake up so that I can blast you with hot words, but he was shocked when you woke up, entered the kitchen and all I did was greet you. He couldn't take the shock and that was why he was stammering."

"He confessed that he often beats his wife whenever she didn't prepare food on time and he thought all guys do it. But I showed him a different pattern yesterday and he was so convicted that he wept on his way home. He said this morning, he woke up early to cook for his wife and apologized for all he had done in the past. Babe, we saved a family!"

I was so excited and shocked at the same time. You mean that what I thought was an embarrassment to me is actually what saved another family from falling away! This God is full of wonders.

Oranmiyan (Part 3: Origin of Yoruba)

Our journey will begin by identifying who the Yoruba people are. From the stories and relics of the children of the tribe, it is obvious that the projenitors of the tribe were deeply rooted in sorcery. Especially those who constitute the royal families. Their blood lines is soaked in idolatry, divination and sorcery. They know how to access principalities and powers and learn their worship modes. There are many stories about the origin of the Yoruba race. The Yoruba race has two major stories about their origin. One is supernatural. The other is natural The supernatural or divine one said that the supreme being, God, sent a god- Obatala to come and create the earth, but he got drunk and God had to send another god- Oduduwa. This is what some people hold. This school of thought has several loopholes chief of which is that Oduduwa entered Ile Ife in 11AD, but Ife Arts, according to carbon dating goes way back as 500BC which means that there was life in Ile Ife before Oduduwa came in. Oranmiyan (Part 4: Lamurudu vs Oduduwa)

After being forced out of his land, Lamurudu settled in Egypt for some time where he deepened his knowledge in sorcery. He learned several patterns of rituals which still exists in some parts of Ijebu today. At that time, the Egyptians have developed so well in the worship of their gods who were originally men. The concept of gods begins with a man encountering a demonic prince who is looking for obeisance from men. These princes have the same goal as Lucifer. Once they begin to get attention from a man, the man begins to take up their (dark) nature because it is a law in the spirit realm that whatever you behold, you become. The consecration of these men to the worship of the princes led to the reproduction of the abilities and characteristics of the prince in the man, so the man becomes great among other men. Most of these men takes up the name of the prince that they worship such that when the man dies, you can keep calling his name and the prince responds to your request thereby es

Oranmiyan (Part 5: The gods of Egypt)

During the sojourn of Lamurudu in Egypt, what was going on in Egypt at that time was similar to what happened in Genesis 6:1-2 where demonic entities found a way to reproduce themselves in women to establish a race of beings that were not fully humans. These creatures were very big that they were called Giants. They had 6 fingers and toes and unusual strength. Bible refer to them as Nephilims which means mysterious beings who are large and strong. Some other meanings called them fallen ones. They had supernatural abilities and they preyed on full humans. The situation was like what was portrayed in Harry Potter that had pure bloods, half bloods, mud bloods and muggles. The pure bloods were the witches whose both parents are also witches, half blood is a witch with one parent as witch, mud blood has both parents as normal people and muggles are non witches. At that time in Genesis 6, the Nephilims had created another race on earth that paralleled the pure humans. This what why God sent
