This book occupies a special spot in my heart as it is came during a very tough time for the body of Christ- when churches were locked down and physical gatherings were prohibited. I looked at the situation and saw a need to expose the works of the enemy. In the seven spheres of influence, the enemy has been doing many things unnoticed and this is not supposed to be! There is a war that is going on right now for the spheres.   Some moments ago, the LORD reminded me of the things He shared with me during the protests. As usual, when I hear of an event in Nigeria or on the global scene, I would go to God for prophetic intelligence. I have always shared how that prophetic (spiritual) intelligence is the highest form of reality. When we seek God's counsel about an issue in our life, family or work, we are seeking prophetic intelligence. If we seek it for different issues in our life, how much more would it be of greater premium when we seek it for happenings in our nation. The ENdSARS protests started without any prior notice. There was no signal to it in the physical and it gathered momentum within days so much that many were surprised that Nigerians could stand up for their right. As the protests were going on, I went to God to find out His thoughts about the protests.   In the last 24 hours, three friends contacted me about profound dreams they had in recent times. The dreams were instructive about life, career, ministry and Nigeria. I am very jealous for the voice of the Father. In the mouth of two or three… Whenever I hear that people are having spectacular experiences, I always put up my radar for more of God, however, I am very careful to not seek spectacular experiences like dreams, rather, I spend more time in the word and listening to messages in times like this because there is grave danger in seeking the spectacular. In 2011 till the end of 2012, I had a flood of dreams. It was so much that whenever I close my eyes, I would start seeing things. I even had to get a different journal to chronicle the dreams. At a point, however, I had to seek counsel from the president of my campus fellowship. He looked at my journal; read a few of the dreams and made it clear that the dreams all had the same meaning- COME CLOSER! He made it clear to m

    I write in parables... During the lock down, I was waiting on the Lord concerning Nigeria and the Lord pointed my attention at Omoyele Sowore. I was startled at the mention of that name, but I pressed for more information. I wanted to know what exactly the Spirit of God was telling me. I took time to look into it and I kept it all to myself until I understand what the Spirit is saying in its fullness.   Recently, while waiting on the Lord again, I found the answer to the 'Omoyele Sowore Riddle'. The answer came while studying the book of Joel. I saw Nigeria pictured in the book and the progression from Plundered to Revolution to Restoration. The book starts by analyzing a situation where every available resource has been looted and carted away.   My pastor called me this evening and asked me why he has not been seeing my writings. I explained to him that I have been on a heavy routine in recent weeks, exams et al. He raised an issue that has gathered dust in recent times. I understood what he was talking about. I have always been vocal about issues that affect the church and he knows that I, by Grace and Mercy, wield a measure of influence on the media and it should not be kept back. Many things have happened in the past that led many believers astray. The catastrophic events that led them away were not as saddening as the silence of those who could have stopped it. The silence of the church has led many in the valley of decisions to make the wrong decision. Bible says that in the multitude of counsel, there is safety.     In February 2020, the Holy Ghost told me about a meeting that would hold in heaven about kingdom agents in Nigeria. I asked for a memo of the discussion and He was gracious to bring me a memo of that meeting. Two things were highlighted in that meeting. First is the lack of knowledge among kingdom agents. This made me sober and determined to seek God more in fasting and studying. I have learned great things about establishing God’s kingdom on the earth in the past 5 months have been so enormous that I give glory to God for access. The journey has been filled with many books and I will share a review of one of them. It is titled ‘The Three Battlegrounds’ by Francis Frangipane. I came across this book in 2012 and I read a part of it then, but I have taken my time to chew it during the period of the lock down. Seven days ago, I celebrated my birthday and I must say that I felt more peaceful about this year's birthday than last year's. 2019 was a tough year. I started doing very well. I had a relatively good job that was flexible enough to accommodate ministry and also encouraged me to start my own business along side. February and March, I was caught up in fasting and praying for the Nigerian general elections. When, Seyi Makinde won the governorship election in Oyo state, I was full of gratitude, I never knew what was coming won't be palatable. Towards the end of March, she said no. After having faith for 6 months! I mean, I did a full time diploma in Waiting, Calling and Trusting! Don't laugh at me; I was in love. I have learned my lesson and completely moved on. When I picked up the book to read, I expected to see some 'mighty' words and teachings because I have always known her to be a ‘deep’ teacher, however I simply wanted to learn about the dynamics of intercession more, but what I met was a very simplified exhortation about prayer. This is the first book written by Cindy Trimm I will read. I particularly find her writing pattern different from many Christian authors. She writes in a fascinating manner that makes you want to read more. This book centers on how much can be achieved when we pray. She didn't share anything 'deep', but the book broke me and remolded me to become more like Jesus Intimacy is the theme of the writing and I relearnt intimacy in a beautiful way. We are in a prophetic season where we are seeing the many aspects of the prophetic dimension of God being displayed in men. The primary aim of the prophetic is to be able to know the mind of God. God wills to share His thoughts with us and when we make ourselves available, we can pick the mind of God. I am very fascinated to the many ways. A very interesting story was narrated to me by a young man about a day his master received a visitor. They lived in a remote area where the major occupation was rearing of livestock. He master was relatively successful in the business and he has a large compound consisting of some of his extended family members and many slaves. We often take his flocks to different pastures around, fed them and return them home towards evening. On this particular day, we spent more time on the field as some of the sheep needed extra care and we had to spend some time fending for them. On our way home, we sang songs that we often hear from our master’s big stereo. His sound waves from his stereo travels the length and breadth of his compound. As we approached home, we noticed the presence of policemen on the streets. There is this story where economic experts came together at the beginning of a certain year to forecast what the outlook of the year would be for their country. They studied the cash flow during the past years and gave projections of what the New Year would look like. They didn't expect any economic growth but they suspected that there could be. However, they were modest and would not want to raise false hopes. While the nation was rejoicing at the experts’ prediction that has that has always been right for over 2 decades, the president summoned them to a meeting to inform them of an inclination he had that the economy of the country was about to take a downward turn. The president chose to reduce spending and save instead of maintaining the status quo. They advised the president that there was no need to cut costs as they were doing fine. This times are heated times and for the church, it is paramount for the ecclesia of Christ to recognize her role in the times. The church is the body of believers saddled with the responsibility to reach others with the gospel. In recent times, there have been questions about the extent to which the church should go in this last days. The seven spheres of influence are ways through which man can be influenced and some circles believe that the church has a role to play in determining the landscape of these spheres while some others believe that the church's role is simply to preach the gospel and disciple men. One sphere of influence that has been debated in several quarters is the government. Many Christians believe that what we need is a change of the heart of men and not a constitution that aligns with God. I say that we need both! Let me say this that I will in no way talk against the preaching of the gospel because that would make void my faith. I recognize the place o
