A very interesting story was narrated to me by a young man about a day his master received a visitor. They lived in a remote area where the major occupation was rearing of livestock. He master was relatively successful in the business and he has a large compound consisting of some of his extended family members and many slaves. We often take his flocks to different pastures around, fed them and return them home towards evening. On this particular day, we spent more time on the field as some of the sheep needed extra care and we had to spend some time fending for them. On our way home, we sang songs that we often hear from our master’s big stereo. His sound waves from his stereo travels the length and breadth of his compound.
