The Candle Sticks In The Believer

Text: Isa 11:1-2 And a Shoot goes out from the stump of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots. And the Spirit of Jehovah shall rest on Him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Jehovah.

Last week, the LORD showed us the meaning of the candlesticks. This week, the LORD would have us consider how to relate these candles to our lives. It is very important for every believer to be able to recognize when a candle is bright and when it is getting dim. So, we will look into the seven spirits of God to state what they means.

Spirit of the LORD: Dominance, Respect, Enviable Brand, Nobility, Reverence like Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses.

Spirit of Wisdom: Wisdom, Innovations, Inventions, Ideas, Investment savvy Noah, Enoch, Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, Jacob, Isaachar, Joseph, Moses, Joshua, Deborah, Ruth.

Spirit of Understanding: Understanding, Leadership, Management, Administration, Policy Making, Legislation like Enoch, Abraham, Isaachar, Joseph, Moses, Miriam, Gideon, Deborah

Spirit of Might: Territorial governance, Emotional strength, Physical strength, Dunamis like Adam, Deborah, Jacob, Abraham, Isaac, Moses, Joshua, Caleb, Samson, Gideon, Saul.

Spirit of Counsel: Counsel, Problem Solving, World Peace, Advocacy, Critical Analysis, Diplomacy, Judiciary like Abraham, Deborah, Samuel, Joseph, Moses, Miriam, Daniel.

Spirit of Knowledge: High level intelligence, Knowledge, High Intelligence Quotient, High Emotional Quotient like Adam, Enoch, Joseph, Moses, Daniel.

Spirit of the Fear of the LORD: Reverence for God, Righteousness Enforcer like Moses, Elijah, Jael

At any point in time, if you see that any of the candle is getting dim, take time to pray in the Spirit and listen to apostolic and prophetic teachings about it. This is part of what the LORD says we should be watching. Watch and Pray.

After an official meeting with executives of tacsfonOAU When I resumed for the second year in college, I saw a result of the previous year and it was 39%. I couldn't believe what I saw because it was definitely not commensurate with my efforts. I wept quite bitterly and promised God that He wouldn't see me around any of His assignments again. I just joined a subgroup in my fellowship and I expected that my results will be better because of the several testimonies that I have heard from people. As I was weeping, God directed three friends to visit the spot where I was weeping. It was a miracle that I wouldn't forget. They consoled me and encouraged me to take a step of checking the result with the coordinator of the course. Eventually, my result was changed to 62%.
