Text: Mic 5:1 Now gather thyself in troops, O daughter of troops: he hath laid siege against us: they shall smite the judge of Israel with a rod upon the cheek.
Last week, the LORD asked us to gather ourselves into troops. He would have me emphasize on the need for us to have the right association in this last days. I know that many would simply read without taking conscious steps to gather troops, so this is another chance for you to make a decision.
Without dishonoring the body of Christ, I have found out that many denominations today does not push believers to the place where they can be regarded as a soldier of Christ. 'Church services' are not enough today to ensure that a Christian lives the victorious life of Christ in this last days. In 2020, Rick Joyner released a video where he said that the form of church as we know it today cannot take us into what is coming. I am starting to understand him now.
The current form of church is not wrong, but it is not enough to build a Christian that can advance the kingdom in such a time as this. There is a need to press for more. I am not speaking in absolute terms. A lot of local assemblies are switching to the new wine skin already. To identify if what you have around is enough, I want you to answer the following questions:
Does your company engage in stretch prayer time outside 'normal' church service times?
Do you have friends that you study the bible with outside church service times?
If your answer is no, then this word is for you. The parable of the virgins in Matthew 25 shows that your association will mean a lot to how much you will get. There is a group who had the extra. They went ahead of the others to get more. This will be the case in this times too. You need to push further beyond the normal times of service.
For a lot of people, they do not have time to pray stretch prayers, they do not attend meetings outside of their denomination. The body of Christ is getting united drastically. You must break every denominational mindset that prevents you from attending the meetings of other pastors. If your church does not take spiritual growth seriously, you'll need to reconsider your company. It is about God and not about your emotions.
Do not be deceived; bad (unfruitful, inadequate) communication corrupts good manners.
