The discussion about the battle in the arts and entertainment world would not be complete if I do not talk about how fashion has shaped the earth. Fashion is a very instrumental tool in God's hand. Consequently, the devil is a believer in the efficacy of the fashion industry.
How people dress has been shaped by culture until men began to show up as role models and changed the face of clothing. Several brands broke the cultural beliefs of men and shifted the moral standards of territories.
The evolution of fashion has taken a long route. From Adam's Fig leaves to the western world's present clothing, there have been fierce battles about how man should dress and what the dress should mean.
I did a little research and I found out that the sexuality outburst we have today started some years after 1950. This is very connected to the new way people began to dress at that time. What changed? Long wide skirts turned to mini tight skirts. The devil was let loose.
The trend continued break every standard that held up morality in the land. The point is, these standards were not based on God's word, but on cultural beliefs of what a man should wear and what a woman should wear. So, it was easy for the structure to crumble as new patterns appeared in developed countries.
As the outer clothings were changing, the underwears were also changing. The direction was obvious. Everything became smaller to accommodate free movements. Medical doctors argued that it's more healthy to stay free of clothes. So pants for men changed to boxers. Result? More sex. More masturbation.
It is now so easy to change a standard of dressing. All the devil needs to do is make a celebrity wear it. It will become the latest style in town.
