Miss Maggi (Part 5)

Miss Maggi is one of the most intelligent person I have ever met. She does her work a special touch of excellence that stands her out among the other executives. Her strategies have always hooked clients so much that it leads to referrals for the advertising company. While I was planning to upset her again by wearing red, I worked the extra mile to gain her trust on the job.  At first, she just wanted me to remain as her assistant and not intrude into matters that do not concern me, but I grew so fast into becoming her secretary and she was pleased with my growth which came at a very high price of reading all her past presentations and studying her strategies. Now, she gives me ideas and I flesh it up into a presentation. This has made her work very easy.

There are times that we work together quite easily and at other times, she would throw curses at me and threaten to get me out. Her mood swings are very dangerous so much that I added it to my prayer points for her. I remember one teaching on walking in love that I listened to from one message. The man of God shared that God wants us to give our lives for others just like Jesus gave His life and the way to give our life for others to pray for them that the life of God would permeate their souls. This became my prayer point for Miss Maggi. I would pray it in the morning, afternoon and night. I found out that as I prayed for her, my soul grew more to accommodate her. The intercession was therapeutic to me.

Things were going smoothly until one day when we got to the office and I found a bouquet of flowers on her table. Your guess is right. They were red flowers! I looked at the flowers like a person that a war prisoner. I knew the day was going to be one of the worst days. Should I remove it? Who would dare buy Miss Maggi a flower? A red flower? If I don’t remove this, I may lose my job. If I leave it, I may have an opportunity to press more into Miss Maggi’s personal life. Miss Maggi came in looking different! Wow. Is today her birthday? This lady is beautiful o, but her character is of the gutters. I welcomed her as usual. She was obviously in a very bad mood. Miss Maggi has not seen the red flower and she is already like this. What would happen when she sees the flower? Today is the day of the LORD!

Immediately she saw the flowers, she turned back and faced me. I looked at her. ‘Coke, why is there a red flower on my table?’ I bent to look at the table as if I have not seen it before. I shrugged. I don’t know how it got there. I’ll ask security. I made to go, but she called me back and she quietly said ‘get it off my table before I make today the worst day of your life.’ I quietly walked towards the table and picked the flower. Throughout the day, Miss Maggi did not call me at all. Very strange. I kept on peeping to see if she was okay. At a point, I saw that she has dozed off. Miss Maggi dozing at work? Something is very wrong. I went to her with a cup of coffee. She looked at me and sent me away.

About two hours later, she was fast asleep. What is going on today? I went back to see if I can help with what she was working on. I turned her computer to see what she was working on. I was surprised to see her on blogger. She has an account where she writes about herself. Interesting. I memorized the address and went back to my seat. When I get home, I will read every single article on that blog.

Oranmiyan (Part 3: Origin of Yoruba)

Our journey will begin by identifying who the Yoruba people are. From the stories and relics of the children of the tribe, it is obvious that the projenitors of the tribe were deeply rooted in sorcery. Especially those who constitute the royal families. Their blood lines is soaked in idolatry, divination and sorcery. They know how to access principalities and powers and learn their worship modes. There are many stories about the origin of the Yoruba race. The Yoruba race has two major stories about their origin. One is supernatural. The other is natural The supernatural or divine one said that the supreme being, God, sent a god- Obatala to come and create the earth, but he got drunk and God had to send another god- Oduduwa. This is what some people hold. This school of thought has several loopholes chief of which is that Oduduwa entered Ile Ife in 11AD, but Ife Arts, according to carbon dating goes way back as 500BC which means that there was life in Ile Ife before Oduduwa came in. Oranmiyan (Part 4: Lamurudu vs Oduduwa)

After being forced out of his land, Lamurudu settled in Egypt for some time where he deepened his knowledge in sorcery. He learned several patterns of rituals which still exists in some parts of Ijebu today. At that time, the Egyptians have developed so well in the worship of their gods who were originally men. The concept of gods begins with a man encountering a demonic prince who is looking for obeisance from men. These princes have the same goal as Lucifer. Once they begin to get attention from a man, the man begins to take up their (dark) nature because it is a law in the spirit realm that whatever you behold, you become. The consecration of these men to the worship of the princes led to the reproduction of the abilities and characteristics of the prince in the man, so the man becomes great among other men. Most of these men takes up the name of the prince that they worship such that when the man dies, you can keep calling his name and the prince responds to your request thereby es

Oranmiyan (Part 5: The gods of Egypt)

During the sojourn of Lamurudu in Egypt, what was going on in Egypt at that time was similar to what happened in Genesis 6:1-2 where demonic entities found a way to reproduce themselves in women to establish a race of beings that were not fully humans. These creatures were very big that they were called Giants. They had 6 fingers and toes and unusual strength. Bible refer to them as Nephilims which means mysterious beings who are large and strong. Some other meanings called them fallen ones. They had supernatural abilities and they preyed on full humans. The situation was like what was portrayed in Harry Potter that had pure bloods, half bloods, mud bloods and muggles. The pure bloods were the witches whose both parents are also witches, half blood is a witch with one parent as witch, mud blood has both parents as normal people and muggles are non witches. At that time in Genesis 6, the Nephilims had created another race on earth that paralleled the pure humans. This what why God sent
