I give all the glory to God for the first series of the year 2020. I really love this series because it answers a lot of questions I have had for a while. I thank God for the knowledge that He gave to me and the strength to carry it out.
This is the last part of the series. I have been able to explain the reason for the incessant wars in the Middle East; how brothers and later religions are still claiming to be the heir of the promise of Abraham. I have also shared about the need for a third Jewish temple and the involvement of America and Donald Trump in making it happen.
To round it up, I want to give my thoughts on the possibility of a third world war. Early in the year, there were tensions between USA and Iran and this led to a world wide rumor on the possibility of the third world war. Well ,to start with, let me say that these are my thoughts and like Paul, the apostle will say, I didn't receive them from the Lord...lol. I have learned to be flexible when it comes to prophecies about the last days. We are simple vessels in God's hands.
One of the things Jesus told us that would characterise the last days is wars and rumors of wars, so it is not completely out of place to envisage a war in this times, however, I do not think we would have another world war before the end of this age. The third world war is definitely coming, but not in this age. I know many of my friends and fathers have talked along this line, but I want to sound a note of caution to soft the pedal of a third world war before Jesus comes.
I say this because of a track record that I have seen with God. There is this verse in proverbs that says that God speaks to us in threefold manners and what it means is that God does or permits things to occur in three folds or three levels. We see this right from the genesis with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. More profoundly in the tabernacle of Moses that has three compartments- Outer court, Holy place and the most holy place.
We have had two wars that have been described as world wars though none have involved all the countries of the world, but because of the number of countries involved and the number of humans killed, they are regarded as world wars. We have had many other wars apart from these two. A war that will involve all the countries of the present world is coming and it will be focused on a situation in the middle East where the world, under the one-world government of the Antichrist will wage war against Jesus and the saints in Jerusalem- Armageddon.
I believe this because, to be factual, this world cannot survive another world war! During world war 2, we experienced the first nuclear reactions' weapon- atomic bomb in Hiroshima and Nagasaki and the effect is still on ground till date. Since then, we have not seen any nuclear weapon used on any nation. The number of nuclear weapons in the world today is so enormous that it would take the immortal nature of the body of Jesus and the Saints to survive Armageddon.
If there is a world war before Jesus returns, I'm afraid Jesus will not meet any world at all because as at 1986, the world has over 70, 000 nuclear weapons! This is enough to turn the world into smaller than an atom. We simply cannot afford another world war. Now, this is not to say that we will not have wars before rapture. We may, but I do not believe in another war of the magnitude of a world war.
To close this series, I want to appreciate everyone that have read every part of it and made comments. I need to make a clarification because of some questions I have been getting. I must say this that I am not pro-Trump neither am I anti-Trump. I am not pro-Buhari neither am I anti-Buhari. They are men that can be used by God and because they are men, they can choose to disobey God. God is for ever constant, so I am pro-God and pro-Israel always! This makes me to support anyone who at any point in time aligns with God. I love all men- saved or unsaved.
