Topic: Harvest Time

Text: Proverbs 10:5 He that gathereth in summer [is] a wise son: [but] he that sleepeth in harvest [is] a son that causeth shame.

Walking with God requires us to understand what God is doing at a time for us to be able to follow Him accurately. If we do not understand what God is doing at a time, we would not be able to follow Him correctly.

In our days, one thing is certain and it is the plenteous harvest that is everywhere we turn to. The massive increase in the population of the world today in every country has brought a great responsibility for believers.

The text for this week describes two kinds of sons and all maturing believers fall into either of these categories. One gathers during summer, which is the right time to store food before winter comes.

The other son sleeps during the harvest season. It is either he doesn't know that the season upon him is the harvest season or he decided to ignore the signs of the times.

Wise believers do not ignore the signs of the times. Instead, they align themselves with God to do what He is doing at that time.

I urge you not to ignore the signs of this times and take heed to the promptings of the LORD. The harvest is white. Be a labourer!

Nine Years As A Scribe

So, last night, I was meditating about the things that God is doing in this times and it dawned on me that we are in a period where our minds are being bombarded with images, video and text. We are in the greatest period of media height. Everywhere you turn, you see something waiting for your mind to feed on. You're not free at any point in time from the floods coming from the various platforms. Majority of the contents in recent years are immoral and the cry for biblically sound and creative content has been going on for some years. Thank God for the success that we have recorded in the past few years. The media is being used to project several images into our minds. I did a small social experiment last month.
