I remembered how Tongues flowed from my mouth like an automated machine when I woke up. I had spent about 15 minutes praying before I realized that the prayer was coming from a fearful heart.
All my thoughts was that some people got to know of my plans of getting a land and they want to use some sort of divination to scatter all my plans. For the past four years, I have been saving so that I can get a land.
Now, the Money is complete and a man appeared to me in my dream, gave me an account number and told me to send the money into the account immediately I wake up. All I could do when I woke up was pray in tongues until a word came from the Lord.
'Do not be weary in well doing...' Hot sweat manifested from my body when I realized that the instruction is real. Why does God like to so this? I checked the time- 3am. The previous night, I kept on singing about how much I am willing to follow God. Okay. I will do this. I wrote out the account number I got from the dream, picked my phone and signed in to the First bank app.
The number brought a Muslim name. Is God for real? I know many church projects that I can send this money to. I would have asked for a fleece to prove this, but Kenneth Hagin has told us not to. Alright, I will. So, I sent the money to the account number and used my phone number as description.
15 minutes later, I got a call and a man was crying on the phone. He was speaking Hausa, so I replied, 'ba hausa, English pls'. I wondered which Hausa man could be calling me at 3:17am. He switched to English and narrated a story for over 1hour. I got to work late.
He is the pastor of the only church in a local community in Yobe state. The church was destroyed by Boko Haram 3years ago and since then they have been trying to build it back, but no funds. He got frustrated and had decided to leave the community. The villagers begged, but he was too discouraged to stay back.
He had packed his bag and was going to catch a bus by 5am that morning with his family. He wanted to move to Jos. Less than 2 hours to departure, he got an alert of 2 million naira. He broke down into tears and called the number he saw from the alert SMS.
Its been 2 years since that happened and I am writing this from the church that was built. I am visiting them. The joy in the church is far beyond what an hectare can give me.
