Lagos Trip

Recently, I have been sneaking into Lagos and this is not because I don't want people to know about my being in Lagos, but because I wouldn't be staying long enough to see my friends that live there.

My first trip was to Oshodi while the second was to Ojota. Now, my third trip to Festac posed a great threat on my peace as I didn't know how to get to the place I am going, so I had to contact a lot of friends staying in Lagos to get accurate description of the place.

All the descriptions I got looked similar, but I still nursed a fear for the Lagos Cabs. I have heard a lot about them that I don't want to have any thing to do with them. My previous trips had been without taking any cab, but this time it seemed like I have no choice.

Google Map seems to think that everyone has a car. I needed a direct bus to Festac from Ibadan, but I was told that the closest I can get is to Mile-2. I had set my mind on getting a cab finally from Mile-2 to Festac. I had gotten the name of the junction that I would alight.

Before leaving Ibadan, I asked God to send a nice bus conductor to me. Someone that would be caring enough to treat me well and drop me at the right place.

On getting to the garage in Ibadan, I saw a Taxi going to Mile-2. I don't like traveling inside a Taxi even though it would be better because I would be able to ask the driver where to get a cab going to Festac.

I moved to another garage where I saw a bus going to Mile-2 and a lot of other places I don't know. I entered the bus and started asking the conductors about how to get to Festac from Mile-2.

The man sitting beside me told me that the bus will get to Festac. I felt I was in a wrong bus because I had been told that I cannot get a direct bus to Festac from Ibadan. I asked another person and I got the same answer.

Okay, let's see how this ends. The bus moved past all the places I could recognize from my previous trips. I stayed glued to my Google Map as we went on. Then I saw that we were passing just by the place I was going. I told the driver to stop and I alighted.

Following my map, I just trekked a few distance to the place I was going to. No Lagos Cab, No Lagos Conductor, No Stress. It was a super smooth trip. I'm just so glad right now.

You see, sometimes we panic about things ahead, but when we pray, we should know that God will answer the prayer. If I had trusted God completely about the trip, I wouldn't have had to get myself worked up about Lagos Bus Conductors. God truly is good.

Irrespective of what people have told you about a situation, God can make it happen the way you dreamt it. Yes, He can. He did it for David, He did it for me, He will do it for you! Choose to believe.

I will postpone my official meeting with Lagos Conductors maybe till when I'm returning to Ibadan, but for now, I'm walking on sunshine, oh oh!

Oranmiyan (Part 3: Origin of Yoruba)

Our journey will begin by identifying who the Yoruba people are. From the stories and relics of the children of the tribe, it is obvious that the projenitors of the tribe were deeply rooted in sorcery. Especially those who constitute the royal families. Their blood lines is soaked in idolatry, divination and sorcery. They know how to access principalities and powers and learn their worship modes. There are many stories about the origin of the Yoruba race. The Yoruba race has two major stories about their origin. One is supernatural. The other is natural The supernatural or divine one said that the supreme being, God, sent a god- Obatala to come and create the earth, but he got drunk and God had to send another god- Oduduwa. This is what some people hold. This school of thought has several loopholes chief of which is that Oduduwa entered Ile Ife in 11AD, but Ife Arts, according to carbon dating goes way back as 500BC which means that there was life in Ile Ife before Oduduwa came in. Oranmiyan (Part 4: Lamurudu vs Oduduwa)

After being forced out of his land, Lamurudu settled in Egypt for some time where he deepened his knowledge in sorcery. He learned several patterns of rituals which still exists in some parts of Ijebu today. At that time, the Egyptians have developed so well in the worship of their gods who were originally men. The concept of gods begins with a man encountering a demonic prince who is looking for obeisance from men. These princes have the same goal as Lucifer. Once they begin to get attention from a man, the man begins to take up their (dark) nature because it is a law in the spirit realm that whatever you behold, you become. The consecration of these men to the worship of the princes led to the reproduction of the abilities and characteristics of the prince in the man, so the man becomes great among other men. Most of these men takes up the name of the prince that they worship such that when the man dies, you can keep calling his name and the prince responds to your request thereby es

Oranmiyan (Part 5: The gods of Egypt)

During the sojourn of Lamurudu in Egypt, what was going on in Egypt at that time was similar to what happened in Genesis 6:1-2 where demonic entities found a way to reproduce themselves in women to establish a race of beings that were not fully humans. These creatures were very big that they were called Giants. They had 6 fingers and toes and unusual strength. Bible refer to them as Nephilims which means mysterious beings who are large and strong. Some other meanings called them fallen ones. They had supernatural abilities and they preyed on full humans. The situation was like what was portrayed in Harry Potter that had pure bloods, half bloods, mud bloods and muggles. The pure bloods were the witches whose both parents are also witches, half blood is a witch with one parent as witch, mud blood has both parents as normal people and muggles are non witches. At that time in Genesis 6, the Nephilims had created another race on earth that paralleled the pure humans. This what why God sent
