Territorial Mapping: Jos City



God has an agenda for every territory on the earth and that is why He often reveals His plans about territories to men. In the bible days, the land of Israel was the major focus, but we see territories like Egypt, Syria and some other ones playing a role in the plans of God. In the new testament, we see contemporary countries like Italy, Spain and Greece also playing a part. Bible says the earth is the LORD's and the fullness thereof.

God's work on the earth after the fall of Adam started with the redemption of man and it will end with the restoration of the earth (Rom 8:19-21). This restoration is the major agenda for the millennial reign of Jesus. However, it is possible to access to plans of the age to come just like Noah found grace in the dispensation of conscience.

At this time, I find myself being blessed with a kind of knowledge that I am not used to. I have been having visions about places and I see secrets about those places. I believe the LORD wants His people to be aware and that is why He is revealing these things.

In a night vision recently, I found myself in a meeting in a room that looked like a tower. The room was full of Jews. They were having some sorts of discussion after which they all departed to their various places. In the vision, I saw that this room is located in Jos, the capital of Plateau state in Nigeria. As the Jews left the meeting room, a statement was impressed upon my heart- "Jos is the Jerusalem of Nigeria".

From the bible days, Jerusalem is the capital spiritual and political capital of Israel and this is because the spiritual controls the political in the bible days. It is sometimes known as the city of David because David captured the town. Jerusalem is also the seat of the temple of the Solomon.

In the world today, Jerusalem is the cause of the fiercest impending war this earth will ever face. Israel is claiming the city and so is Gaza. The Arabs are behind Gaza because of the mosque that is situated in the very spot where the temple used to be. Israel wants to demolish the mosque and build their temple again. Why does everyone wants Jerusalem? Pastor John Hagee described in his book- Earth's Final Moments, how USA, Russia and China have all been working to make sure that whoever owns Jerusalem is their ally. It's because of the spiritual significance of the city.

In history, Jos has played a key role in the survival of Christianity in Nigeria during the days of the Usman Dan Fodio Jihad. The native men of Jos fought the Muslim extremists and drove them back. That is why Jos  and the Benue region exists today as predominantly christian cities.

Presently, Jos plays host to the headquarters of mission organizations in Nigeria. Great Commission Movement, NCCF, NIFES, CAPRO MISSEF and many more. Jos is like the fortress of Christianity in Nigeria. And the battle for the city of Jos is no breaking news. Jos is the most ravaged capital city in Nigeria. Much more than Maiduguri or Damaturu. The natives of Jos cannot stand the romance of the Hausas and Fulani with the city.

The city that has the kind of spiritual configuration and physical arrangement of Jos in Nigeria is Jerusalem in Israel. Jerusalem has been captured over 40 times by kings who could not let go of it's grandeur. Geographically, Jerusalem is located on a plateau and it is located at the very center of the world. All these match what Jos is to Nigeria. God's word can be very amazing!

To you as a believer from Nigeria, this implies that you have a duty to Jos. Every Jew is charged towards the protection of Jerusalem. Just like the bible admonished us to pray for Jerusalem, we must also pray for Jos. The Nigerian church has strong ties to Jos. It must be preserved.

During the sojourn of Lamurudu in Egypt, what was going on in Egypt at that time was similar to what happened in Genesis 6:1-2 where demonic entities found a way to reproduce themselves in women to establish a race of beings that were not fully humans. These creatures were very big that they were called Giants. They had 6 fingers and toes and unusual strength. Bible refer to them as Nephilims which means mysterious beings who are large and strong. Some other meanings called them fallen ones. They had supernatural abilities and they preyed on full humans. The situation was like what was portrayed in Harry Potter that had pure bloods, half bloods, mud bloods and muggles. The pure bloods were the witches whose both parents are also witches, half blood is a witch with one parent as witch, mud blood has both parents as normal people and muggles are non witches.
