Topic: Witnesses, Leaders and Commanders

Text: Isaiah 55:4 Behold, I have given him [for] a witness to the people, a leader and commander to the people.

Like I have always said, the times and season should dictate the posture of believers. In the bible days, the Jews have few iron equipments which is used for farming during the times of peace and for weapons during the times of war.

So, when there is a trumpet sound for war, they quickly take their farming equipments to the smith to change it to weapons of war. Imagine a person who didn't hear the trumpet sound of war. The battle will meet him unprepared as all he would have will be farming equipments and not weapons.

During the last weekend, I attended a program tagged Issachar Gathering. Issachar is a type of the believer that understands the times and season and also knows what to do. I attended the meeting to know what God is saying to us at this time. One important habit we must be doing in this last days is listening to true prophets consistently.

The program was tagged Witnesses, Leaders and Commanders which was taken from Isaiah 55:4, but I am studying the book of Joshua presently and the LORD showed me witnesses, leaders and commanders from the fifth chapter. Check to see too.

The minister for the program said the LORD will have him to teach on THE REST OF GOD. Apparently, I see the LORD telling us that as we move in to take the territories in our spheres of influence, we must know that He is the One who leads us on as our provider and keeper.

The LORD seems to have seen the anxiety of our heart and sends His word to us to rest on His blessing and not our own ability to do things. I can go on and on, but to conclude, I believe that the Lord is saying to us at this time to rest in His ability to bring to pass His counsel for our lives and our nation. Scriptures like Isaiah 46:5-10, Proverbs 3:5-6 and Psalms 2 and 37 comes to bare at this time. I urge you to check them and believe that the Lord is in charge!

Our journey will begin by identifying who the Yoruba people are. During the sojourn of Lamurudu in Egypt, what was going on in Egypt at that time was similar to what happened in Genesis 6:1-2 where demonic entities found a way to reproduce themselves in women to establish a race of beings that were not fully humans. These creatures were very big that they were called Giants. They had 6 fingers and toes and unusual strength. Bible refer to them as Nephilims which means mysterious beings who are large and strong. Some other meanings called them fallen ones. They had supernatural abilities and they preyed on full humans.
